Diabetic Chicken Teriyaki

 This is a sweet dish that diabetics can enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Dry Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Salt
  • 0 to taste , Pepper
  • 1 whole , Chicken Skinned

Instructions:
Combine all but chicken in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken and marinate for 2 hours or longer in refrigerator. (A plastic bag is fine for marinating.) Chicken may be grilled or baked in oven for about 1 hour. use sauce for basting.
