Banana Peach Smoothie

 This is a low fat refreshing smoothie.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 16 ounces , Sliced Canned Peaches in Juice
  • 1 medium , Banana
  • 3/4 cup(s) , Soy Milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Extract
  • 3 medium , Ice Cubes

Instructions:
Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Place peaches, reserved juice, and remaining ingredients in a blender, and process until mixture is smooth.
