- 2 cup(s) , Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1 cup(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Peach Brandy
- 1 1/2 quart(s) , White Rum
- 2 quart(s) , Club Soda
- 1 pint(s) , Strawberries Sliced

Dissolve Sugar with Pineapple, Lemon Juice, and Pineapple Juice. Add the Brandy & Rum. Chill. Just before serving add a block of ice, Club Soda, and Strawberries |
