INGREDIENTS:
- 6 large , Eggs
- 1/2 pint(s) , Rum
- 1/2 pint(s) , Brandy
- 2 pint(s) , Heavy Cream
- 6 tablespoon(s) , Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup(s) , Granulated Sugar

Beat egg yolks well. Add granulated sugar and spirits; slowly add enough whipping cream stirring to make a pale yellow color. Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar, & fold into the mixture |
