Caramel Custard Pie

 This is a light delicious custard pie that is very easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cup(s) , Milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Butter Melted
  • 4 large , Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup(s) , Brown Sugar Firmly Packed
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Flaked Coconut

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except coconut in a blender; blend at high speed for 15 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle coconut on top.
Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting.
