This is a very old recipe which was given to me in Walden, CO. It's easy and yummy!
You can substitute orange for the lemon for a change. |

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large , Eggs
- 1/2 stick(s) , Butter Melted
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Sugar
- 3/4 cup(s) , Pecan Halves
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Lemon Extract
- 1/2 large , Lemon Juiced
- 1 large , Unbaked Pie Crust

| Instructions: |
Line pie plate with unbaked pie crust
Mix ingredients in order given do not BEAT.
Pour into 8" pie shell.
Put in 350 oven for 10 minutes, then cut temp to 300 and bake until crust is browned and pie filling is set. |
