INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet(s) , crust for double pie
- 3/4 cup(s) , white sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) , all purpose lour
- 1 pinch , cinnamon
- 3 cup(s) , raspberries
- 2 cup(s) , diced apple
- 1 tablespoon(s) , lemon juice

| Instructions: |
Prepare pastry.
Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in large bowl.
Add raspberries, apple and lemon juice.
Toss to mix and distribute dry ingredients well.
Fill pastry shell with fruit mixture.
Place top lattice pastry over filling.
Seal and flute edges.
Place pie on a piece of aluminum foil to catch drips.
Bake on lower oven rack at 425 F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 F and bake 30 to 40 minutes, longer or until fruit is tender and crust is golden |
