INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup(s) , Flour
- 1/2 cup(s) , Butter
- 1/4 cup(s) , Powdered Sugar
- 2 large , Eggs
- 1 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch , Salt

| Instructions: |
In a mixing bowl, blend together butter, flour and powdered sugar with a fork or pastry blender until it resembles crumbs. Pat evenly into an 8x8 inch square pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350° F.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, beat together the remaining ingredients. Pour over baked crust and return to the oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar. |
