INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup(s) , Granulated Sugar
- 1 whole , Banana large mashed
- 2 cup(s) , Sour Cream
- 0 to taste , Kosher or Coarse Salt
- 1 can(s) , Cling Peaches 16oz sliced & well drained
- 1 can(s) , Crushed Pineapple 20oz w/ juice
- 1 cup(s) , Pecans coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) , Marashino Cherries halved
- 1/4 cup(s) , Cherry Juice

Sweetened whipped cream for garnish (optional) Reserve a few peach slices and cherries for garnish. In a large bowl, combine sugar, mashed banana, sour cream and salt, mixing well. Fold in remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into an 8-cup oiled mold and freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Unmold and let stand about 20 minutes at room temperature before serving. Decorate with whipped cream, peach slices and cherries. |
