INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup(s) , Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup(s) , Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup(s) , Butter Cut in Pieces
- 1/4 cup(s) , Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Light Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup(s) , Pecans Chopped
- 2 pint(s) , Coffee Ice Cream
- 1 large , Chocolate Crumb Crust

| Instructions: |
Combine sugar, chocolate chips, butter, cream, and syrup in a small pan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and cool.
Put 1/3 of this sauce in the bottom of the crust. Sprinkle with 1/3 of nuts.
Put 1 pint of ice cream over the nuts.
Freeze for 10 minutes.
Repeat layer.
Top with last 1/3 of sauce and nuts.
Freeze for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. |
