Banana Medley Mold

 If you love bananas like my son does, then you have to try this delicious salad.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 cup(s) , Granulated Sugar
  • 1 whole , Banana large mashed
  • 2 cup(s) , Sour Cream
  • 0 to taste , Kosher or Coarse Salt
  • 1 can(s) , Cling Peaches 16oz sliced & well drained
  • 1 can(s) , Crushed Pineapple 20oz w/ juice
  • 1 cup(s) , Pecans coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup(s) , Marashino Cherries halved
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Cherry Juice

Instructions:
Sweetened whipped cream for garnish (optional) Reserve a few peach slices and cherries for garnish. In a large bowl, combine sugar, mashed banana, sour cream and salt, mixing well. Fold in remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into an 8-cup oiled mold and freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Unmold and let stand about 20 minutes at room temperature before serving. Decorate with whipped cream, peach slices and cherries.
