INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup(s) , Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup(s) , Nuts Chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) , Butter Melted
- 1 cup(s) , Flour
- 1/2 cup(s) , Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Soda
- 1 1/4 cup(s) , Raspberry Jam

Combine all ingredients except jam in a medium bowl and stir well. Set aside 1 cup of the mixture. Press the rest of the oatmeal mixture into a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350° F., then spread the jam over the cooked oatmeal mixture. Sprinkle the reserved oatmeal mixture over the top of the jam and bake for 20 more minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Cool before cutting into bars. |
