INGREDIENTS:
- 5 cup(s) , Sugar
- 8 ounces , Unsweetened Cocoa
- 3 cup(s) , Flour
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Salt
- 1/3 cup(s) , Butter Melted
- 2 large , Eggs Slightly Beaten
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Water
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Extract
- 6 ounces , Mint Chocolate Chips Melted and Cooled

| Instructions: |
Combine first 4 ingredients. Keep in an airtight container for up to 6 months at room temperature.
To make the brownies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 8 inch square pan. Combine 2 cups of the dry mix with remaining 5 ingredients. Spread evenly in pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. |
