INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup(s) , Butter Melted
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
- 3 large , Eggs
- 1/2 cup(s) , Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 cup(s) , Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1 cup(s) , Nuts Toasted and Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 13x9" pan. Beat butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Stir to combine. Stir in nuts and chips. Pour into pan. Bake 20-22 minutes |
