INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cloves
- 1/2 cup(s) , Unsalted Butter Melted
- 2 cup(s) , Light Brown Sugar
- 3 large , Eggs Beaten
- 1 can(s) , Pumpkin
- 0 as needed , Whipped Cream

Grease 2 1/2 quart souffle that fits in a slow cooker. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Beat butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl with a mixer until creamy. Beat in pumpkin. Stir in flour mixture. Spoon batter into souffle dish. Fill cooker with 1 inch of hot water. Place souffle dish in cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3-3 1/2 hours. Lift souffle from cooker and let cool for 15 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with a dollop of whipped cream |
