INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium , Pineapple Peeled, Cored and Cubed
- 1/2 cup(s) , Dark Rum
- 1/2 cup(s) , Sugar
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Lime Zest
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Cornstarch
- 0 as needed , Vanilla Ice Cream
- 0 as needed , Fresh Raspberries and Mint Leaves

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker except ice cream, raspberries and mint. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Serve hot over ice cream. Top with mint and berries. |
