Peach Pecan Upside Down Cake

 Upside down cakes are easy to make, this one is great.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can(s) , Peach Slices
  • 1/3 cup(s) , Brown Sugar Packer
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter Melted
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Pecans Chopped
  • 1 package , Pound Cake Mix Plus Ingredients Needed to Prepare Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Almond Extract
  • 0 as needed , Whipped Cream

Instructions:
Grease a 7 ½ inch slow cooker bread and cake bake pan; set aside. Drain peach slices and keep 1 Tbls of the juice. Combine juice, sugar and butter in prepared pan. Arrange peach slices on top of sugar mixture. Sprinkle with pecans. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Stir in almond extract. Spread over peach mixture. Cover pan. Place in slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Remove and cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate. Serve with whipped cream.
