INGREDIENTS:
- 4 large , Apples
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1/3 cup(s) , Dried Apricots Chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) , Walnuts or Pecans Chopped
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter Melted
- 1/2 cup(s) , Water

| Instructions: |

Scoop out center of apple leaving 1 1/2 inch wide cavity 1/2 inch from the bottom. Peel top down about 1 inch. Brush peeled apples with lemon juice. In a bowl mix remaining ingredients except butter and water. Spoon mix into apples. Pour water in slow cooker. Place apples in cooker, top with butter, cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours |
