INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slice(s) , Bacon Cut into 1/2 inch Pieces
- 1 whole , Chicken Cut up
- 1 medium , Onion Chopped
- 1 cup(s) , Mushrooms Halved
- 1 medium , Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) , Red Wine
- 1 cup(s) , Chicken Broth
- 2 large , Garlic CLoves Minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) , Flour
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) , Parsley Chopped
- 0 as needed , Egg Noodles Cooked

Cook bacon until crisp, remove, add chicken to same pan and cook for 10 minutes or until browned. Add onion mushrooms, bell pepper, wine, 3/4 cup of broth, garlic, thyme, and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer covered for 25 min. Combine remaining broth and flour. Stir until smooth. Stir into chicken mixturecontinue simmering for 5 min. uncovered. Season with salt and pepper. Top with bacon and parsley. Serve over noodles |
