- 28 ounces , Canned Whole Tomatoes Crushed
- 2 medium , Onions Chopped
- 10 ounces , Frozen Cut Okra
- 1/2 cup(s) , Green Onions Chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Beef Base
- 1 cup(s) , Water
- 1/4 cup(s) , Dry Sherry
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
