INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup(s) , Millet
- 4 cup(s) , Water
- 2 large , Onions Cut in Wedges
- 2 large , Potatoes Cut in Chunks
- 2 whole , Carrots Sliced
- 1 cup(s) , Celery Sliced
- 1/2 pound(s) , Mushrooms Chopped
- 2 whole , Bay Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Thyme

| Instructions: |
Toast millet in dry skillet for about 5 minutes. Stir constantly to
prevent burning.
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook 4 hours at high or 8 hours at
low. |
