INGREDIENTS:
1 pound(s) , Hot Breakfast Sausage
1 pound(s) , Ground Beef
1 large , Onion Chopped
5 pound(s) , Velveeta Cheese
1/2 cup(s) , Jalapeno Peppers Chopped
4 medium , Tomatoes Quartered
Instructions:
Brown sausage and hamburger and drain. Saute onions until transparent but not browned. Cut up cheese into 2 inch chunks. Put all ingredients into a crock pot. Stir occasionally while heating. Can be prepared ahead and frozen or refrigerated. Small quantities can be heated in microwave. Serve with tostado chips or crackers.
