Crockpot Chili

 If you enjoy cooking with your crockpot then this Chili recipe would be great because it is easy and tastes great.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound(s) , ground beef cooked and rinsed
  • 65 ounces , light or dark kidney beans rinsed
  • 16 ounces , tomato paste
  • 16 ounces , tomatoes (reserve liquid) peeled chopped
  • 1/2 whole , small onion chopped
  • 1 packet(s) , chili seasonings
  • 1 whole , green pepper chopped
  • 1 to taste , cayenne pepper

Instructions:
Okay, now the hard part, put it all in the crockpot and cook on low until you are ready, I'd recommend at least 5 hours so the peppers and onions are cooked soft. Use the reserved tomato liquid if it seems too thick for your taste. We serve with tortillas, cheese, sour cream, and salsa! Mmmmmmmmmmmm.
