Crock Pot Steak Soup

 This is a fantastic meaty soup

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound(s) , Ground Beef
  • 4 cup(s) , Tomato Juice
  • 2 cup(s) , Celery Diced
  • 2 cup(s) , Carrots Diced
  • 1 can(s) , Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 package , Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
  • 5 tablespoon(s) , Granulated Beef Bouillon
  • 2 stick(s) , Butter
  • 1 cup(s) , Flour

Instructions:
Cook Beef in a skillet. Combine beef, juice, carrots, celery, tomatoes, vegetables onion and bouillon in a slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 8-10 hours. Melt Butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flourand cook until bubbly. Add mix to slow cooker and combine well. Cook 1 more hour on high until soup thickens
