Crock Pot Roast
Submitted by: Adam
The best way to cook a roast is in the crock pot. With this recipe you will have the most succulent roast you have ever had.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 1/2 pound(s) , boneless round roast
  • 1 whole , onion dried chopped
  • 2 pinch , morton seasoning blend
  • 2 pinch , garlic salt
  • 2 pinch , salt
  • 2 pinch , paprika
  • 1 packet(s) , brown gravy mix

Instructions:
Sprinkle dry chopped onion in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle rest of ingredients on roast. Place roast in crock pot. Add no liquid. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. (Will be brown and very tender.)

GRAVY:

1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Drippings from crock pot roast

Cook gravy mix as directed. Add drippings from roast. (This will give it a homemade taste.)
