INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Lean Beef Stew Meat 1 inch Chunks
- 1 can(s) , Beef Broth
- 2 medium , Sweet Potatoes Peeled and Cut into 2 Inch Chunks
- 1 large , Onion Cut in 1 1/2 inch Chunks
- 2 slice(s) , Thick Cut Bacon Diced
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Cornstarch

Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in crock pot, mix well, cover and cook on low for 7 hours. With a slotted spoon, transfer to a serving bowl and cover with foil. Turn cooker to high, combine cornstarch with 2 Tbls water, mix well stir into juices and cook covered for 15 minutes. Spoon over beef and veggies. |
