INGREDIENTS:
- 2 3/4 cup(s) , Flour
- 1 3/4 cup(s) , Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 3 large , Eggs Beaten
- 1/3 cup(s) , Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup(s) , Water
- 1 1/4 cup(s) , Roasted Peanuts

| Instructions: |
In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, peanut butter and water. Add to flour mixture and mix just until ingredients are moistened. A little more water can be added, a teaspoon or less at a time, if mixture is too dry to make the dough smooth.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Divide the dough into two parts; form each portion into a log about 3 inches in diameter. Place the logs on the cookie sheet about 3 inches apart and flatten slightly. Bake in preheated 350° oven until light brown, about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 300°.
Let logs cool for 10 minutes, then cut into 3/4-inch thick bars. Place bars, cut side down, back on the cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes longer, or until crisp. |
