INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup(s) , Butter
- 1 cup(s) , Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup(s) , Whole Wheat Flour Sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 3/4 cup(s) , Pecans Finely Chopped

Mix butter and sugar and vanilla thoroughly. Sift whole wheat flour and salt together and blend in. Stir in nuts. Chill dough for at least 1/2 hour. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, until set NOT brown. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool, then roll again. |
