INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup(s) , Butter
- 1 cup(s) , Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) , Sugar
- 2 cup(s) , Flour
- 2 large , Eggs
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Nutmeg
- 2 cup(s) , Oatmeal
- 1 cup(s) , Raisins
- 1 cup(s) , Carrots Grated
- 1 cup(s) , Nuts Chopped

| Instructions: |
Cream together the butter and sugars well. Add beaten eggs. Sift together the dry ingredients and combine with creamed mixture. Stir in the raisins, grated carrots, and nuts. Drop by large rounded tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with the tines of a fork, creating crosshatches.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes or until browned along edges. |
