INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoon(s) , sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) , brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) , cornstarch
- 1/2 cup(s) , water
- 1 tablespoon(s) , lemon juice
- 2 cup(s) , peeled sliced fresh peaches
- 1 cup(s) , blueberries
- 1 cup(s) , all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , salt
- 1/2 cup(s) , milk
- 1/4 cup(s) , butter

TOPPING:
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
In a saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring until thick. Add fruit and pour into a 2 quart baking dish. For topping, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Spread over fruit mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown and tests done. Serve warm. |
