INGREDIENTS:
- 8 medium , Sweet Potatoes
- 1 packet(s) , Butter
- 1/2 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 3 large , Eggs
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Flavoring
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Self Rising Flour

| Instructions: |
Boil the Sweet potatoes whole, peel and mash them. Add butter to hot potatoes. Then add the salt, eggs, and vanilla flavoring. Sprinkle flour over the top then mix. (It is hard to mix the flour if you dont sprinkle it.) Put the Potatoes in a 9x13 pan.
"Topping"
Melt 1 stick of butter add flour and brown sugar. It should be crumbly. You might have to add a little more flour to get it this way. when it is crumbly add 2 cups pecans. Sprinkle this over the potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 35 min. The top should be light brown and bubbly at the edges.

1 3/4 cup brown sugar
