INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole , Fully Cooked Ham
- 1/2 cup(s) , Honey
- 33/100 cup(s) , Light Brown Sugar Packed
- 33/100 cup(s) , Dry Red Wine
- 1/2 cup(s) , Pineapple juice
- 1 whole , garlic clove (minced)
|
|
| Instructions: |
Combine the brown sugar, honey, wine, pineapple juice, and minced garlic in a large bowl. Place the ham in the mixture. Turn to coat well, and let marinate for 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Turn frequently to keep ham coated in marinade.
Preheat the oven to 350°. Place the ham in a roasting pan and put on oven rack, reserving marinade for basting. Bake the ham, basting frequently with the reserved marinade, until a meat thermometer reads about 140°. |
