INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cup(s) , Chopped Pecans
- 2 cup(s) , Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Raisins
- 1 1/4 cup(s) , Candied Cherries
- 1 1/4 cup(s) , Candied Pineapple
- 4 1/2 cup(s) , Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup(s) , Evaporated Milk
- 1/4 cup(s) , Butter
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Coconut flakes

In large bowl, combine pecans, cracker crumbs, raisins, cherries and pineapple. In large saucepan combine marshmallows, milk and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Pour over pecan mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in coconut, washing your hands frequently. Bake at 300 degrees until just heated through, about 10 minutes. This recipe makes about 7-8 dozen cookies |
