INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup(s) , Butter Softened
- 3/4 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1 large , Egg
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 cup(s) , Cranberries Ground
- 1/2 cup(s) , Walnuts Finely Chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Orange Zest
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Milk

| Instructions: |
Combine the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy.
Combine the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. In a small bowl combine walnuts, cranberries and orange peel.
On a floured surface roll the dough into a 10" square. combine brown sugar and milk and spread over the dough. Sprinkle with the cranberry mixture and roll up tightly. Wrap with wax paper and chill for several hours.
Cut into 1/4" slices. Bake on a well greased cookie sheet at 375F for 14 minutes. |
