INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cup(s) , Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Baking Soda
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Ginger
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Nutmeg
- 12 tablespoon(s) , Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cup(s) , Brown Sugar
- 1 large , Egg
- 1/2 cup(s) , Molasses
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Vanilla

Preheat oven to 375F
In a large Bowl, Sift, and mix Together the
Flour
Salt
Baking Soda
Ginger
Cinnoman
Ground Cloves
Ground Nutmeg
In another Bowl Or mixer, Cream:
Unsalted Butter
Brown Sugar
Egg
Stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
Then add:
Molasses
Vanilla
Let the dough rest for at least two hours. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick and cut with a cutter. Bake 7 to 10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
