INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup(s) , Rice Cooked
- 1/2 cup(s) , Chicken Diced
- 1/4 cup(s) , Vegetable Broth
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

Combine the above ingredients and place in dish. Chopped parsley, onions, celery, mushrooms, green pepper, or tomatoes may be added for variety if desired. Bake in a moderate oven until brown. In place of rice you may use noodles or spaghetti. For the chicken you may use any type meat or fish. Makes 1 serving, equals to approximately 190 calories. |
