INGREDIENTS:
- 4 large , Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 large , Egg Beaten with 1 tsp. of Water
- 3/4 cup(s) , Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 can(s) , Pasta Sauce
- 4 ounces , Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese

| Instructions: |
Heat oven to 400° F. Place chicken on clean cutting board. With meat pounder or edge of saucer, flatten chicken slightly. Dip chicken in egg, then in bread crumbs. Arrange chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, about 20 - 25 minutes.
Pour pasta sauce over chicken and top with cheese. Bake additional 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clean. Serve with hot cooked pasta |
