INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium , Chicken Breast Halves
- 12 slice(s) , Bacon
- 5 teaspoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Seasoning Salt

Cut and trim each breast half. Spread each half of chicken on, on what will be the inside, with 1/8 teaspoon of mustard/seasoning mixture. Roll each piece into a tight roll. Spread each piece of bacon with 1/4 teaspoon mustard mixture. Starting at seam of chicken, wrap a piece of bacon, mustard side toward chicken, around the chicken pieces. Continue with 2 more pieces of bacon, covering whole roll of chicken with 3 pieces of bacon. Close bacon to chicken with toothpicks. Grill on medium to low, 15 to 20 minutes or until done. |
