Chicken Cordon Blue

 This isa classic French dish that is one of my favorites.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 medium , Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 2 slice(s) , Ham
  • 2 slice(s) , Swiss Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) , Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 2 large , Eggs Beaten

Instructions:
Pound chicken breast between Saran Wrap until thin. Put ham and Swiss cheese on top and roll up. Secure with tooth picks. Dip in egg and coat with herb seasoned bread crumbs. Brown in oil on all sides. Can finish cooking in oven or in the oil.
