INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole , Chicken Breast Poached, Skinned, Boned and Diced
- 12 ounces , Cream Cheese Room Temp.
- 2 medium , Jalapenos Seeded and Minced
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Red Onion Chopped
- 2 large , Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Montery Jack Cheese Shredded
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 1 package , Tortillas

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients except tortillas. Beat with an electric mixer until blended. Spread each tortilla with generous amount of mixture. Place on cookie sheets and bake until puffed and bubbling, 5 to 7 minutes. Immediately cut into wedges and serve. |
