Chicken and Spinach Casserole

 chicken and spinach casserole is a family favorite.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 10 ounces , Frozen Spinach
  • 1 can(s) , Condensed Cream of Celery or Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup(s) , Water
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Butter
  • 1 package , Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix
  • 2 cup(s) , Chicken Cooked and Diced
  • 1/3 cup(s) , Milk
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan mix spinach, half of the soup, water, butter and contents of vegetables seasoning packet from stuffing mix. Bring to a boil, separating spinach with a fork. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add stuffing crumbs; stir just to moisten. Spoon into 9 inch square baking dish.

Arrange chicken on stuffing. Stir milk with remaining soup; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes or until hot. Serve.
