This southwestern dish is a favorite among me and my family. It only takes about 20 minutes to cook and its a great recipe to use left over chicken in. |

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can(s) , Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Milk
- 1 medium , Onion Chopped
- 4 ounces , Green Chilies Diced
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 12 large , Corn Tortillas Torn into Pieces
- 2 cup(s) , Chicken Cooked and Chopped
- 2 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded

| Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 2-quart baking dish with vegetable oil. Heat soup, milk, onion, chiles, salt and pepper in saucepan until hot and bubbly. Add corn tortillas and stir until all tortillas are well coated.
Place half the mixture in prepared baking dish and cover with half the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes until bubbly. |
