INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Chicken Livers
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter Softened
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Onion Minced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Dry Mustard
- 1 pinch , Pepper

| Instructions: |

Cook livers, covered in small amount of butter, stirring occasionally until no longer pink. Put livers through meat grinder, blend with remaining ingredients. Place in 2 cup mold. Chill several hours. Serve with crackers. |
