Chicken Liver Pate

 A pate is a spread of pureed meat or anything used as a spred that is formed in a mold. This is great on sesame crackers.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound(s) , Chicken Livers
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Butter
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter Softened
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Onion Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Dry Mustard
  • 1 pinch , Pepper

Instructions:
Cook livers, covered in small amount of butter, stirring occasionally until no longer pink. Put livers through meat grinder, blend with remaining ingredients. Place in 2 cup mold. Chill several hours. Serve with crackers.
