INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package , German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 can(s) , Condensed Milk
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Water
- 1 stick(s) , Margarine
- 1/2 cup(s) , Oil
- 1/4 cup(s) , Walnuts Chopped
- 1 pound(s) , Caramels

| Instructions: |
Combine cake mix, 1/2 cup condensed milk, water, margarine and oil. Pour 1/2 of batter into 13x9 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees; cool.
Meanwhile, melt caramels with remaining condensed milk in microwave (about 3 minutes). Spread over cake and top with walnuts. Top with remaining batter. Bake another 40-45 minutes until done. |
