INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package , Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 large , Eggs
- 3/4 cup(s) , Sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) , Oil
- 1 cup(s) , Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cup(s) , Water
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Cinnamon
- 1 pinch , Nutmeg
- 13 ounces , Cream Cheese
- 1 stick(s) , Margarine Melted
- 1 box(s) , Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla Extract

Cake recipe: Combine all ingredients in lrg. mixing bowl. Beat 5 min on low with mixer. Bake in grease and floured tube pan at 350 for about 35 mins.
Cream Cheese Icing: Cram margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Frost cake.
