Red Velvet Dump Cake

 Red Velvet Cake is my favorite. The cream cheese icing really tops it off right.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 box(s) , Butter Cake Mix
  • 8 ounces , Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Cocoa
  • 3 large , Eggs
  • 2 ounces , Red Food Coloring
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
  • 8 ounces , Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 stick(s) , Butter Softened
  • 1 box(s) , Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanila
  • 1 cup(s) , Pecans Chopped

Instructions:
Mix first 7 ingredients at the same time, until smooth. Equally divide into three 8 or 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

For Icing: Mix remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put on stacked layers one at a time after they are cooked and cooled.
