INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box(s) , Butter Cake Mix
- 8 ounces , Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Cocoa
- 3 large , Eggs
- 2 ounces , Red Food Coloring
- 1/2 cup(s) , Water
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
- 8 ounces , Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 stick(s) , Butter Softened
- 1 box(s) , Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Vanila
- 1 cup(s) , Pecans Chopped

| Instructions: |
Mix first 7 ingredients at the same time, until smooth. Equally divide into three 8 or 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
For Icing: Mix remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put on stacked layers one at a time after they are cooked and cooled. |
