Pistachio Pudding Cake

 Pistachio is a great flavor for this simple pudding cake

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 box(s) , 2 Layer Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 box(s) , Pistachio Instant Pudding
  • 4 large , Eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) , Water
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Almond Extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Green Food Coloring
  • 0 as needed , Powdered Sugar

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place all ingredients except powdered sugar in large bowl. Beat with
electric mixer at low speed just to moisten. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube or tube pan.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Remove cake from oven. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely
on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.

Makes 12 servings.
