Peanut Butter and Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

 It doesn't get any better than the combination of chocolate and peanut butter. This is a fantastic pudding cake recipe that everyone will love.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Flour
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup(s) , Milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 cup(s) , Boiling Water
  • 0 as needed , Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 0 as needed , Fudge Topping Sauce
  • 1/3 cup(s) , Peanuts Chopped

Instructions:
Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar and baking powder.
Add milk, oil and vanilla; stir till smooth. Stir
in peanut butter. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart
casserole.

In same bowl, stir together the 1/2 cup sugar and
cocoa powder. Gradually stir in the boiling water.
Pour evenly over batter.

Bake in a 400°. oven about 30 minutes or until
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Serve warm with ice cream and fudge sauce, if
desired. Top with peanuts.

4 servings.
