Fruit Cocktail Pudding Cake

 This is a very simple recipe with lemon pudding and fruit cocktail topped with brown sugar and nuts.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 box(s) , Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 box(s) , Lemon Instant Pudding
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Oil
  • 4 large , Eggs
  • 1 can(s) , Fruit Cocktail with Juice
  • 1 can(s) , Coconut Shredded
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Nuts Chopped

Instructions:
Beat first 6 ingredients with electric mixer or by hand 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts on batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
