Peanut Butter Pound Cake

 This is a great version of pound cake. This cake is topped with peanuts to compliment the peanut butter inside

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) , Butter
  • 2 cup(s) , Sugar
  • 6 large , Eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 cup(s) , Flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Roasted Peanuts Chopped

Instructions:
Cream butter & sugar; beat until light & fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in peanut butter, then flour.

Pour into 2 lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pans.

Bake in a pre-heated 350ºF oven for 50-60 minutes or until centers test done.

After about 15 minutes of baking, sprinkle finely chopped peanuts onto the batter to give a crunchy topping.
